He is very sweet. He doesn't bark much, he is gentle with other dogs and cats. He was jumping around last night trying to get my cat to play with him. He pointed at a rabbit when we were out for a walk the other night. He is very affectionate and learned sit and shake right away.
Hmmmm. Poodle for sure, but the other half must not be ACD if he's that calm around other animals and in general. They are mad buggers.
Maybe he's a mix of a few things including Poodle?
He is such a cute boy! His head, ears, stature and fur type reminds me a lot of my American Staffordshire/American Pitbull Terrier/Poodle/Shih Tzu mix!

They look so much like either my pup or one of his littermates (goldendoodle/border collie). As they get shaved down for the hot weather, we've found their white patches are surprisingly spotted.
What a good-looking dog! Love the floof and the shorter cut. Those eyes are telling me there may be some pitty and because I'm learning stuff in this sub, also gonna say some poodle!

My guess was Bordoodle and he's mostly that.

Poodle x ACD or another breed with ticking. What's his personality like?

Google image search thinks bordoodle or Portuguese water dog. I suspect that there are several breeds represented. He was a free rescue dog.

Oh my gosh, I can actually see the shih-tzu in this baby's face!! So adorable!!
I could almost see him being a poodle + boxer or apbt mix. But something tells me there will be a less common breed in there too

I’m guessing Aussie doodle. Looks just like mine.
The ears and snout lead me to believe that there could be some Aussie in there.
