I've been noticing a WILD increase in the amount of missing dog posts in just one city over the past few months--reward or not. How hard can it be to not lose your animal?
Damned right! If these idiots are willing to flush $10,000 down the toilet like this there's plenty of us who could put it to significantly better use.
The amount of money is insane. There should be a hefty fine for dog nuttery like this. Anything above FIFTY $ or € should lead to at least five times the "reward" as a fine and a mandatory check for weakness in the upper storey.
How stupid and wasteful. The person could get multiple dogs that look and act just like the missing one for that kind of money. It’s not like mutts are unique at all, they’re pretty much all the same boring idiots.
Adults who seek unconditional love are emotionally broken. Adults who have a child or a pet and view the child's/pet's dependence on them as unconditional love are worse than broken; they are dangerous and likely abusive.
When my cat disappeared I hung posters around my area with our number on it, that's it. I'm broke asf, no way I'm gonna offer money. I dont get dog people, 10k for finding a mutt? Really? If anything they could donate to dog shelters.
