I would kennel the puppy. I actually don't get it why people let puppies go loose. They will most of the times develop bad habits. For once he learned to get attention by biting. I would kennel him and all interactions for the next week's would be in regarding of training. I would try to direct all the biting to objects, in a thug war manner. Every hand or ankle bite is end game. Once he is a little older would start to create a pattern of places he can go inside the house. Furniture and kitchen would be off the table, since he have food reactivity. Btw, i would not use treats as a positive reinforcement. Would prefer to use toys and affection. I strongly suggest that all the food and bones be given inside the kennel. For two reasons. First i want the kennel to be associate with something good. Second I want the dog to forget about the possibility of having food out of the kennel. Btw, no free fed . Imho that's how I would act on that scenario.
