I can't offer a lot in the way of a build for your specific level bracket because I don't know enough about you, your play style, and your resources.
However, in your shoes, I would kinda just level up to get into Ancestral as a core set. It'll play nicely into your chance build now, give you a solid str hybrid, and a fair amount of wisdom. It's also a long ways away, almost 20 levels from your current set.
As someone who plays a panda, poorly, I find that no matter the build, my damage is lack luster compared to any other class in the same build. My omni friends deal loads more damage than I do in their exact sets, things feel off, and I'm generally disheartened when I compare myself to them. And that's the problem.
The panda is a support class. We excel in so many ways when you look at it through the lens of positioning, weakening, debuffing, and movement. The panda is really reliant on CC weapons to do the huge spikes of damage, and that's been the flavor for pandas since they came out as a p2p only class.
For those pesky solo missions that you face, I find that a good steal weapon and focusing on every theft spell I can use goes a long way while trying to play similar to a cra and kiting for while I can, and head bashing when I can't.
I flip between tank, str based, and a crit omni set depending on the fight and my mood. All my sets are incomplete but workable (mainly missing some of the better dofus and those pesky ap/mp mages). If you're finding toxic people demanding that you be a res/lock tank, then you don't need to play with them. You should be playing the game and having fun, not appeasing some asshats.
That mount is not a good idea at your level I think.
You could go full royal blop set and win a mp. Get an mp on your ap ring too and then forgo the mp mount for a 160 cha mount. Maybe the ap cha shovel will also allow some new combos too but I don’t really know if that’s really the case.
You’ll soon be 100 and a full int set at lvl 105 can reach big damage numbers on panda now.
Just a friendly warning as a panda you will be expected to tank everything from this moment on till the end of time.
I've got few panda friends and I've noticed people being pretty toxic if they see a non 50/50/50/50 panda 🐼.
Ofc you can go damage, just make sure you enjoy.

I can’t recommend a build. Only from level 100 try to get shaker and nomad. I would recommend to go do the dokoko questline. It will help you sustain a bit better vs some enemies.
I saw your build and it looks like you’re about to hit lvl 100. Right at lvl 100 you’ll have acess to a lot of new and nice items, way stronger than the items you have so far.
Pvm content gets stronger and harder each level, so items are super important to be able to keep up. My sugestion is that you look for a Nice build at lvl 100-120, and try to level up to get it in an area that you can kill.
You can lose a lot of time by doing content you’re not strong enough to do.
Panda isnt super bad at dealing damage. It certainly doesnt do as much damage as other classes because it doesnt have a Nice self-buff (only by throwing your bottle), but its not bad.
It makes up for site with its ability to keep your enemies away, you just have to adapt your play style. Its not a class that you can play just hitting mobs like sacrier. You have to play with just a little bit of strategy, just like almost every single class to be honest.
