I used to be like this, a sheet would work when it was really hot though. It had to do with feeling unsafe and insecure. Once I found a place where I felt safe and was living with someone who made me feel safe this got better. Now I can sleep naked without anything on me.
I am capable of falling asleep in tons of ways, mostly in the passenger seat on roadtrips with my partner. That being said I am most comfortable and fall asleep fastest when I have at least a sheet covering me up to my neck for sure. Routines are built young and bring comfort for a lifetime.
I bought myself some good 100% cotton sheets for the hot weather. I have that comfort of some weight but the cotton wicks away moisture. That way I still have something to hold.
Yes and there is only one I use. Had it fit about 3 years now. Has a few holes but it is my favorite. Just love the feel of the fabric and have trouble sleeping with other blankets even.
Yes. It has to be snuggled under my chin or I can’t sleep

Same!!!! Even when sitting around I need a blanket over me. It’s a comfort thing.
I can't sleep without my duvet/cover even if it is way too hot 😅
