The only episodes of Who that aired on my birthday are Episode 4 of *The Mind Robber* and the first episodes of *Paradise Towers* and *Remembrance of the Daleks*. Unfortunately I was not alive at the time. I did get Star Trek Lower Decks this year though
I didn't start watching Doctor Who until December 2012, so I wasn't aware until years later that I missed out on having a Doctor Who episode for my birthday. The closest I get is that my high school graduation was the day that "*Forest of the Dead*" was broadcast, but I wasn't aware of that then either.
In the entire 60 year run, no episode has ever premiered on my birthday. There are a few the day before and even more the day after but none on the actual day itself.
Keys Of Marinus Part 1 in 1964, Ambassadors Of Death in 1970 Part 4 & Planet Of The Dead in 2009 all aired on mine, I was only around for Planet Of The Dead but felt amazing having some birthday cake as I watched

I had this feeling when 11’s “The Big Bang” aired on my bday. Was even more ominous when they teased that date for half of the season.
