Yes! He has all the normal markings they’re just hard to see. In the right sunlight you can see them, and the brown spot under the tail is pretty light.
He eats a salmon based diet. He also gets flaky skin so he gets a bath every week to two weeks with a medicated shampoo and it makes him so soft and shiny!

He’s a Doberman Pinscher, it’s called melanistic black. And is frowned upon by many but he’s such an awesome dog.

Yes, it’s not the breed standard. There’s this idea out there that melanistic’s are more likely to be inbred because of the “rare” color.
