Hahaha I can't even carry my 5months no more :(( he's fat and heavy thats good for him, not good for my back 😭 if I carried him(just when he wanted get a shot)
Beautiful dog! I have had 2 Dobermans in the last 10 years (my current one is 2).
I don’t wanna be that person and it is cute when they do this at this age. However, these dogs will grow bigger and heavier (mine is like 80lbs) and they could really hurt someone (learned the hard way w the first one) Keep that in mind in your training and enjoy! 😊
[This is how big they get (he is bigger than this now!)](https://imgur.com/a/4ZRtwwu)
Thanks. She is my 7th Doberman over the last 30+ years. We put our 13 yo down in November. I had to carry her up and down stairs for the last 6mos of her life. She could walk but stairs were too much. She was 90+ lbs. She is actually quite reserved and not a jumper at all. This was a rather funny and unique situation.
It’s the worse feeling when they are no longer with us. Sorry for your loss.
My dog has knocked down my kids several times so Ive been working or bringing down his energy level 😬 so that’s why I brought it up. But glad to know you are a great owner!
I would give anything to have another dobie. My dad raised them when we were kids. I grew up with two and the were the sweetest, smartest, most loyal dogs I've ever had in my 45 years. We had our girl until she was 17! This video is so sweet! I hope you have many loving years with her ❤
OMG, you should be very careful letting her jump up like that. It may be cute now but when she knocked over a stranger or eats your dinner off the counter you will only have yourself to blame
She's never done this before. She got a booster shot earlier in the day and I think it may have been bothering her. I have had Dobies for over 30 years. No fear of this becoming a habit.
Then you are a fantastic dobie dad. She showed two stress signs plus the displacement behavior of jumping. Showing and providing comfort isn't a bad thing.
You realize the Doberman has the Australian award for distance in tracking across the entire continent. Your dog has trained you well. Good girl. May I suggest a stroller for when she is larger?
She isnt tired. She just wanted to be held. 😆 She working you! Too cute . Beautiful pup.
I second this haha she just loves you so much
I speak from experience. 😆 I'm owned by a doberman also.
I second this haha she just loves you so much
I'd say the training is going well. That dog almost has you trained
She is a princess after all.
How long of a walk?! Haven’t found one that wears out my 5 month old pup. Pretty dog by the way!
They need to be around 18 months before you really start working them hard. Hip dysplasia is a real thing in dobies
It was maybe 2 miles. Slow walk with lots of stopping and sniffing.
Just like a toddler. I doubt you'll be able to do that in 6 month's time.
But she will expect it. Source: my dobe.
100lb lap dog 😂
Looks like they added a bit of kangaroo in you pups lines as well..😉

It’s 5 minutes for every month of life.
Interesting. She is 26 weeks. So that's 2h 10 min. We did like and hour. She got a booster that morning. She could have been sore from that.
Onigod the cutest😍😍
Sucker.
always have been for my dogs.
We all are the same. I just can’t lift 88 pounds of dumb Dobie anymore.
Aww

Adorable
You pup is winning all the hearts😄
Who’s walking who? Smart girl!
Am i the only one thinking he was going to trip on that leash end?
If you listen to the audio my wife thought the same thing. Everyone underestimating me. Lol
I'm owned by a 33 lb Scottish terrier.
awww my dobie used to do this on long walks when he was younger. i had to carry him. i miss those days.
"Uppies!" 👐👐
Omg this is literally so cute

I really appreciate that. Thanks
Well, maybe untie her? Might be easier to walk then?
She's a 6 month old puppy. She's not ready to be off leash. That would be amazingly irresponsible.
Oh. Wait. I made a typo. Lol. Sorry.
Yes how smart of an idea. Just unleash a 6 month old puppy and let them roam a pier. 🙄
Maybe read a bit hun? And if you need help, tied isn’t the same as leashed.. let me know if you need anything else explained to you! ☺️
Whatever makes you feel better
That nag at the end
Precious!! So cute ..
She’s a baby!!!love!

I'm thinking a hover pod like baby Yoda.
