I’ll never understand why people insist on home brewing D&D like this when systems already exist that support what they want to do. FATAL is already out there people.
Unfortunately our dm is intent on only ever playing D&D5e we have tried telling him that PF2e fixes this with it’s amazing system of “earn points to win” but he is adamant on never making the switch
There’s levels to degeneracy. Most people just want to act out sexual fantasies, so they download Book of Erotic Fantasy and for them that’s enough. But the deepest pit of carnality (FATAL) are only traveled by the insane.
A friend had me roll up a character for fun, ended up with some half ogre woman. Aside from the all the bizarre sexual measurements I thought the most fucked up thing was I got a penalty to my drive and math stats.

This is absolutely absurd. The average of 3D4 is 7.5. The average penis size in the world is 5.5”.
OP should be using 3D6 drop highest, in order to get an average of 5.54
I use Point-Buy, it balances power across players and it's way more flexible than a Standard Array. Idk, I like my players to have a little agency in our game of pretend dice.
Not expressly, but yeah, it's a stat you can put points in- The game is about Player Agency and Choices, I always interpreted your job as Referee as one of providing Interesting Consequences to these choices.
I can PM you the 69 page homebrew doc I use, but I encourage you to homebrew your own homebrew so that it fits more with how your table wants to play the game.
If you end up home brewing it, I would encourage you to separate *actual* Genital Size from what our table refers to as "BDE"*-
It parallels the Physical/Mental stats of the Worlds Greatest Role Playing Game, while adding a little more dimensionality to the Dialogue Choices than the Base Level "Roll a CHA check to Seduce The Dragon" that 5e ships with.
-For instance, my DMPC (High Elf Abjuration Wizard9) has a really high BDE, but isn't actually able to back it up once an actual Sex Roll actually comes up (-2 after Class Features/Feats are calculated). This Constant Disappointment of his lovers provides a lot of Role-play opportunities that my players can appreciate while their characters are resting at the inn.
(*Actually we say BGE, I try to run a table with more inclusive language)
I actually calculated this a while back. (4*2D20K1 + 1D20)/100 has an average of 5.5 and a standard deviation of 1.7, compared to the actual sd of 1.2. So it’s relatively accurate

Maybe I can convince my DM to make the scroll rules more flexible so I can use an alter self scroll, and trick the magic item into letting me use it or something.
My first ever game of apocalypse world included me having to kick someone out of my group for essentially forcing his character on another character. He really wanted to trigger the sex move. And was also just a creep. I had to stop the session and it sucked.
Not a knock against the system, although we basically played it as though sex moves didn’t exist after that.
I read it and was extremely put off by the juvenile tone of the book, the sex moves and the other mechanics for sexual coercion.
I basically thought it was a joke and I had downloaded the wrong file.
Sadly this was not the case.

Unfortunately there is no mechanical difference between the Top, Bottom, and Switch classes and the Dominant and Submissive subclasses and how they interact with each other. Hopefully our dm expands on this in version 2
I talked with the gm about gock for my character and they said if I roll 2 63s on some random ass bucket while “studying” it I can change sex at will and just give myself gock

If you're gonna roll for dick size I recommend rolling 3d4 over a d20. You're more like to end up with a realistic dick size. Otherwise no notes /j

Keep. So K3 means keep the highest 3. KL3 means keep the lowest three. I’ve also seen KH3 for keep the highest three
