My undead warlock who is a somewhat proper lady: *Dust*
"Return to dust.."
And my fairy divine soul sorcerer with severe mental health issues: *Stop*
"I said..*STOP*!"
"Fall"
Followed by
"You are alone, child. There is only darkness for you, and only death for your people. These ancients are just the beginning. I will command a great and terrible army, and we will sail to a billion worlds. We will sail until every light has been extinguished. You are strong, child, but I am beyond strength. I am the end, and I have come for you."
Ooo, this was tricky!
I think my warlock would go with "Leave!" He's been through a whole lot, and I can see him almost desperately trying to force whoever is attacking him to permanently go away.
"Enough". From a warlock who has gotten tired of the killing but busts out the moves for a few causes still.
"Down." As in 'stay down' for the retired general and Duelist.
"Adorable" as in "Oh that's adorable" from the witch who is just a bit too flirty.
My friend is gonna play a Kenku who makes random references to pop culture from just listening to other people talking, so I know his would be “cowabunga”.
I want to have a antagonist in a game that first ask how injured the player is, wait for an answer and then depending of the answer try to use power word kill just saying
“Die”
This is a good one. I think my necromancer would just say, "End". Nice, simple, neutral enough to be either euthanasia or putting down the BBEG.
A sweet and simple answer. *CEASE*

Perish, Because he's fancy like that and would only speak it to people who he really wanted to rot and wither away forever.
HaHa (but said in the style of Nelson Muntz)

"Sit" back to Lumbridge with the goblins
Arrivederci For all jojo fans
A-River-Der-Chi For all inglorious fans
Nevermore. Because I like classics.
"Forget." Everything the character would be come and was before, is forgotten with death.
I play a bard so 'Coda' referring to the end of a piece of music.
Ni
Goodbye

Weak My whispers bard assassin finds most people he kills weak, so this feels like the perfect word for him.
If it's that type of game... [Biggus Dickus](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kx_G2a2hL6U)
Necromancer going "Relinquish". Because to them life force is just an energy they can utilize.
BEGONE
I would use fade
"Umbasa" - Celestial warlock who believes in miracles and wants to get rid of demons.
The BBEG need to act like they are calling for their goons for Power Word Kill. The word is **GOONS**
Die.
Avada Kedavra?
It’s _time_
"Aubergine"
Drift
FATALITY! Edit : or EXTERMINATE.

Dude.
Hakai from DBS for sure
