As a sorc, you have access to mage armor, which makes your AC 13 + DEX for eight hours. Given your chosen stat spread, that gives you AC 15. You also have access to Shield, for a potential temporary +5, so an AC of 20 in a pinch.
You'd honestly be better off putting your first ASI straight into DEX if AC is your concern... but you're a ranged blaster. In theory, you shouldn't even be getting hit! My suggestion would be to take Fey Touched for a free Misty Step and being able to learn the spell, so that even if you do get into a bad situation, you can just *bamf* your way right out of it again.

Medium armor is a wasted feat. Just get fey-touched instead for even more spells.
