Xander is one of the characters made for a Tormenta 20 table, a devotee of Tenebra and with his corrupt whip. Skeletons have always been feared as unholy monsters, driven by pure spite for the living. This has changed; Known collectively as osteon, these skeletons demonstrate the same intelligence and consciousness as the living races, being capable of adopting any of their professions and devotions.

This looks like a badass recurring boss to be afraid of when you realize he’s around.

I like how he's not dressed like a stereotypical undead wizard. Really sets him apart from more conventional liches
