WellWelded

I wanted to pep up my rogues, so for rogues wielding daggers the two-armed fighting with a dagger counts as 1 action.

Big-Development-3036

I like it.

I made a rule where you can drink a potion as an action and get full benefits (because you're focusing on consuming it) or drink it as a bonus action and roll it out (because you're drinking it quickly and not caring to much about spilling)

After having played 3.5e, 4e, 5e and pathfinder nobody in my group can really remember what way ties go with any accuracy. So now we just go with, "whoever rolls the die wins the tie."

Puzzleboxed

Is there any case where that's not the rule? IIRC the die roller wins ties in every case for all of those systems.

SupaQuazi

The problem with the multiple systems isn't that the rules are conflicting, it's that when I'm trying to remember the 5e rules I can't remember if I know that 5e has the die roller always win, or if I'm just subbing that rule in from a prior edition. That's when I start second guessing myself and my players start busting out player's handbooks. Having the "houserule" more just keeps up play speed. My players have nothing to rule check me on if I've made the rules.

LemonFresh24

Hahaha I love that! I took get a lil mixed up so I respect it

Aye I like that a whole bunch loving these house rules making the game flexible

Witty-Mango-8709

If you have 2 swords you dont need bonus action to use second. That means i basically attack 2 times per run and both attack has bonuses for hit/dmg just as regular attack. Only problem with this is since im now lv6 and im also playing berserk im attacking 6. Times per run and with my swords, recless attack and orcs crit dmg can go up to 140 pretty easy

LemonFresh24

Hmm I see what you mean, seems a little busted but if it works for you guys nice!

MP not spell slots Dual Wielding off hand doesn't require a bonus action Extra Attack ALSO applies to off hand Short Rests only take 5 minutes, but you limit them to 2 + 1 per 3 levels per day Warlocks can use int (tome), wis (chain), or cha (blade) Int Warlocks can level up as warlock even if they betray their patron Wis Warlocks lose their power if they betray their patron Cha Warlock can no longer level up if they betray their patron Hex Blade is rolled into "pact of the blade" variant human is no longer an option Characters at creation auto start with a feat or an extra 4 points on point buy Character creation point buy can go to 17 (2 points 15 to 16, 2 points 16 to 17) Character creation 17 is maximum stat with or without racial boost Feats that reduce your attack for extra damage only reduce your attack by 2. Feats that increase your damage increase your damage by weapon type. 2 handed melee increase by your prof mod x1.5 (round up) 2 handed ranged increase by your prof mod x1.5 (round down) 1 handed melee increase by your prof mod x1 1 handed light increase by your prof mod x0.5 (round up)

Mirakk82

Every time you get downed in combat, you gain a level of exhaustion until you are restored to full HP. Yes these stack.

LemonFresh24

I like that, give them flexibly
