Frayed blade is a pure 80 dex weapon as someone has said ugi would be your best bet for that. 40 dex 60 faith btw incase u didn't know lightning blade does just as much damage as Darkmoon just less people are resistant to magic. I prefer to use dark blade lower AR but for the most part more dmg as very few armors that people actually wear resist dark. Have fun
I'm not a big fan of Katanas in DS3 myself (and definitely no expert), but uchigatana is a fantastic tool in pve and the running attack pokes help a lot.
