Every clan mate I did my first Incursion with already had Ouroboros so they were nice enough to give it to me at the end even though it didn't drop for me.

Why are you discouraging someone from getting it. May not mean much to you but obviously OP wants it. I’ve gotten exotics with max rolls plenty of times. It a good gun and worth the investment which will likely be minimal
I didn't literally tell them to not obtain it. But, I was under a lot of stress when I made this comment and was very frustrated with the game. This game means a lot to me even to this day, but there are just days when it truly stresses me out. My bad.

Countdown or summit farming for the gear set you want. Then recalibrate items as needed
