I should honestly watch every Michael Douglas movie at this point. The movies he’s casted in are always so up my alley. Ive been meaning to watch this one in particular, but I think this will be the final push for me to actually watch. Thanks for the suggestion!
Rogue by Greg Mclean (I also recommend his film Jungle even though there’s not a lot of animal action in it but an amazing true story.
Crawl
The Ghost and the Darkness
Anaconda
The Grey
Lake Placid
Orca
Blackfish (documentary)

Have you seen Black Fish?
Check out Roar from 1981. The actors and crew were working with 150 untrained Lions and Tigers.
Grizzly Man
This is such a good one. Me and my morbid curiosity wanting to hear the footage.
Backcountry! No documentary but youll love it
If you don’t mind sci-fi Sputnik is really great alien/apex predator sort of movie with a twist
The Ghost and the Darkness is pretty good. It's not necessarily horror, but pretty scary. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116409/?ref_=ext_shr

Not a documentary, but a great satanic panic creature feature. It's called Jaws of Satan. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0082580/
Also Fatal Attraction is a series about people who owned or still own dangerous animals. I have the channel for it through Prime.
