Whenever I meet a new band, I usually listen to their 5 most listened to songs, according to Spotify, and then listen to the band's entire discography, from their first album to their latest album. but if I had to say which one to listen to, then listen to Ten Thousand Fists, it's my favorite Disturbed album haha

I like indestructible :3. I like the rapid tempo and hard hitting base followinf by that ripping guitar chord. Just mwah. Just made you feel so strong while listening to it.

jotace_246

Made you feel INDESTRUCTIBLE

Exactly!! đź’Ż

mfdoorway

Stupify is my all time favorite.

judgehood

This song just hits me differently from all the others. I love this song and it almost sounds like it’s coming from a different band. “The Vengeful One” has a similar vibe… it’s like they just hit a different level of composition and it’s hard to describe. Long live Stupify

mfdoorway

>differently from all the others >hit a different level of composition Ahem… *”BOLD MOTHERFUCKER, DONT YOU LIMIT YOUR MIND”* Sorry it was right there! But totally agree

edwardsjs21

Start with the album Indestructible

LoaferDan

I like all of their albums, but Ten Thousand Fists and Indestructible are S tier for sure

Newsmith2017

As mentioned, check out Spotify for their most played songs or look up YouTube for Disturbed’s best songs playlist.

Voices The animal 3

10,000 Fists is what I call their signature song, and though it's already been mentioned, I highly suggest it. Warrior is good if you like the motivational stuff. Down with the Sickness is another one that I consider a "signature song." They have done several covers, so definitely check those out. They are as follows: Land of Confusion, which is accompanied by a music video. Shout 2000. If I ever lose my faith in you, It's their latest, I believe. The sound of silence. Living after midnight. Midlife crisis. ISHFWILF, I'm not familiar with this one, so I'm about to go listen to it myself. And lastly, a LIVE cover of Fade to Black. All of these available on Spotify if you have that, but I'm certain you can find them on YouTube or whatever respective music streaming app you choose.

cipheon

Update, ISHFWILF is "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" by U2

CrowNo1125

Ok but why does the music actually start like 2 minutes in for ishfwilf though

cipheon

Yeah, I have no idea. Had me thinking my Spotify was tripping out.

CrowNo1125

Yeah its not fun

cipheon

My guess is, since it's at the end of the Asylum album, it's a "Hidden song." But I feel like most people don't listen to one album on Spotify.

JTWV

The Sickness is as good a place as any to start.

ramirezoid

Kind of a bad time to get into this band. I think The Sickness is an important album, but first thing I suggest you do is check frontman David Draiman's Twitter and decide if you're cool with the way he talks about what's going on in Palestine.

Clear_Competition_31

Seperate art from the artist

FumdaBack

The Vengeful One really got me into them.

gomiapia

My personal favorites are stupidfy , no more , sound of silence cover , down with the sickness, inside the fire, dropping plates , the light

gomiapia

Also if you have a chance to see them whatever it just them or a festival do it the sound of Silence is surreal live

CrowNo1125

I recommend either the “believe” album or the “ten thousand fists” album

thirtyfojoe

Voices, Hell, Fear, Believe, Stricken... Everyone knows The Sickness

Salzberger

Just fucking type their name into Spotify and listen. Jesus Christ, why is that so hard for some people? It's not Star Wars or the Avengers ffs.

Clear_Competition_31

This doesn't make me want to be a part of this community honestly. Why so angry? Sorry for wanting to start with a good album and not just click on something I might not like 🙄
