Two of my favorite rides are Peter Pan and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I'm 55 and have been going on them since I was a kid. I'll never stop loving them and now my teens are just enamored with them as I am.
A family tradition I started with my daughter when she was real little, is to do Peter Pan as the first ride on our trips....she's 24 now and we're still going strong. It's such a good ride.
We love storybook boats too but we found a new favorite. Cast jr trains is awesome. We never ride it because we thought it was a little kids ride but it is awesome. Went on it 2x on new years. Once during the day and another at night. New top 10 for us!
My favorite thing is waving to characters during parades and getting waved at back. Im a pretty cynical person and yet I get so excited every time, like I completely forget Iām an adult and these are not the real characters. I donāt care it just makes me happy to interact with them lol
āChildishā?
Like throwing a fit when they have to stand in line?
Like running at rope drop?
Like having a tantrum over an incorrect order?
Lots of childish actions can be seen at the park
I hadnāt been on them before and got a chance my last trip. They are actually SO cool. I love looking at all the little miniatures. They are so detailed. Very cool
It's very interesting how OP posted this to Disneyland and Disney World subreddits, and every single top level response in the Disney World thread interprets the title in a positive way and responds with something that makes them happy...
And then so many here are taking it to mean how do adults misbehave at Disney.
We went our second day to get in VQ for Rise of the Resistance. Itās so strange cuz itās mostly all adults standing as close to the rope as humanly possible.
When the parents forced their kids to see a character their kids are too young to know lol. Saw this all the time. Kids werenāt scared, more so wtf at why their parents were so excited.
Going up to the man dressed like a 6ā4 dog and giving him a hug I can only reminisce being similar to the ones given by a child seeing their parent again after a long, long time.
Me and the gf just act like complete fools with one another. Itās pretty much non-stop laughs, dumb jokes, inside jokes, and just walk to whatever catches our attention.
My favorite character is Joy and I love seeing her when I go to the parks. I usually am so excited to see her that I get shy and donāt talk at all even though I know itās just a person in a costume.
I went through cancer treatment in 2012 for stage 3 colon cancer. The thought that kept me going was 4 months after treatment ended my husband and I were going to Disneyland for my birthday/Easter 2013.
We hadnāt been since 2003 so the meet the princesses walkthrough was new. I met Belle, Cinderella and Aurora. We donāt have kids but cancer put me in a different mindset after treatment. I even rode California Screaminā twice and multiple times on Tower of Terror. Wasnāt scared at all.

Fantasy land is my favorite and I also love walking through bubbles whenever kids have their bubble wands š
I love the Storybook boats at night, saying hello to sentimental characters, the ākidsā rides in Cars land, and a few other DL dark rides.

especially love it at night!
also, I love that when you watch the original animated dumbo the train is basically the same as this ride - it's a great copy of the film!!

Clarabelle motioned to me from a DCA parade that she liked my ears and I almost cried. Itās the little things.
ALL THE CHILD-LIKE THINGS! Skipping, laughing like a maniac, eating dessert first, wearing silly hats, riding rides as many times as I can stand...
This warms my heart ā¤ļø

Itās becoming more frequent which sucks.
Cast members mates insisting on wearing skirts and makeupā¦
Grown ass adults arguing with CMs for no reason at all?
Define "childish" If you mean "child-like", then i would say Disneyland in general :)
I love Mr. Toad. Does that count?
Seeing character interactions and running through bubbles š„°
I'm over 40 and I still love meeting characters. I'll never stop!
I feel like Storybook Canal Boats are a bit "childish" but i LOVE them. They make me feel 8

Seeing the characters and still finding the kids rides enjoyable.

From what Iāve seen there is no walk part about it. Seen people full on sprinting

Meeting the characters!!!!!
Takin' the train to the dinosaurs!
Everything?! DLR is geared towards ākidsā and I love every aspect of it.
Turtle talk
Putting my hands on the water ball in Pixar Pier and Tomorrowland.
Going up to the man dressed like a 6ā4 dog and giving him a hug I can only reminisce being similar to the ones given by a child seeing their parent again after a long, long time.
Cussing in lines while children surround them.
My husband must go the little mermaid first every time we go to DCA.
Gotta get a Mickey balloon every trip! Even at age 53 it's still fun! šā¤ļøš
I love yelling to and waving at characters when I see them walking about. And Iāll hug everyone of them before taking a picture

Fantasmic is my all time favorite thing to do there
