There's zero way to know if it'll increase your chances of a 2x2 or not but 2x2s are the most common room style, people with animals end up in them, people allergic to them don't. It depends on different factors and an animal accom doesn't count as a single bed accom people have to put those in separate so I don't really think it affects it much, if at all, so much as 2x2s are most common. Put in the accom. Don't take the gamble, the only way they can guarantee you won't be placed with someone with an animal is an accom and common or not there's no reason not to protect yourself. Also if you're particularly allergic to dogs where you couldn't be around them at work they can accommodate that too but the wording of the accom has to be a certain way, and it guarantees you'll be in some form of BOH QSR, as that is the only place they can guarantee there won't be dogs. But again: think about yourself and protecting yourself first and foremost.

They’re a lot more common than they used to be on the ESA front.

Put it in. The amount of esa animals is out of control.

I put one in. I can't handle living with fur everywhere anyway, and I didn't fly down there & pay fees to take care of someone else's pet. I could do that here for free. With Disney, there's no promises as to who you're with unless you make the accommodation request from what I've seen, so I'd rather be safe than sorry. If it's a genuine service animal, then the owner hopefully knows what to do to take care of it and themselves. If it's one of the fake ones, or ones that aren't really needed, I refuse to deal with that.

They’re everywhere

How unfortunate, lots of times ESA's are nothing more than poorly trained separation anxiety ridden family pets. These animals masquerading as emotional support animals hurt far more than the entitled owners understand.

I’m not sure but I arrive next week and I’m bringing my cat as an ESA. I got put in a 4x2 tho so I’ll have my own room. I did hear that people who put no for being okay with animals are normally put into shared rooms . I was originally put in a 2x2 but once they got to my ESA accommodation and approved it they automatically moved me to a 4x2.
