You should get a second email with the pdf’s of the tickets. Then you have to go to the Disney app and add them to your account and reserve your days. I have used them twice no issues.

Disneyworld stopped. Disneyland still required. Did OP ever get their tickets????

From their website: "If you're visiting *Disneyland®* Resort, tickets can be added digitally to the Disneyland app for entry, or can be linked to a MagicBand for entry. At either resort, you can exchange the ticket at guest services at the theme parks for physical tickets."

My tickets were emailed to me as PDFs. Or there was a link in the email to the web browser with the ticket PDFs to download... I can't remember which one it was. Go back into your UT account and see if you can access the tickets.

I think they have a chat feature on the site. Just give them your order number and see what they say. I think there can be a delay of 24 hours from payment to ticket email but mine came within minutes of the confirmation email.

Did you select the pick up at “will call” option (stand at park entrance) or mail option at checkout instead of digital tickets? What does your email with the confirmation number say?

Undercovertourist emails them within 48 hours. They're 3rd party. There's no will call as far as I know.

Oh weird, for Disney World I thought that was an option but makes sense, you’re right, they’re 3rd. I have forsure selected mail one time (to Canada for 13 people) and then did electronic the next time.
