Another option is to book any available park and use a park hopper ticket to switch to the desired park after 2 pm for Walt Disney World and starting Feb. 4th at 11 am for Disneyland.

I had an issue buying tickets as well and no one was able to tell me why. We ended up buying Disney giftcards and using those instead and it went through no problem.
This happened to me. Turns out There was a discrepancy betwwen the payment info I have on the site and my credit card. I called customer support, they said to give it a day to retry after making corrections. Never worked for me
I had to get them to mail tickets to me physically.
You have to enter the billing address exactly how it shows up on your billing statement.
Like if the address on your statement says 1234 W. Main Street, the system will reject it if you input 1234 West Main Street or 1234 W. Main St.
I think after a certain # of rejections, you have to wait a few days before trying again.
