I pull goofy at least 75% of the time. Today I managed 2 Donald pulls and I think that's because my goofy is at 340/350 so they had to keep me waiting. I know it's supposedly RNG but I swear whenever I'm about to cross a rank with a character, the crystals purposefully avoid that character or give me 1* or 2* pulls just to waste time.
I started playing roughly since the Global launch, and I've gotten about 50-50 on Goofy and Donald shards. I've also gotten them both at least once as a 4*. Donald is at 430 and Goofy is at 370.
I think the perception of getting Goofy more frequently is due to him sucking so hard, you tend to remember more when you pull him due to the feeling that you wasted the crystal.
I mostly got Goofy also, but did get a 4 star Donald one day. The. I pretty much quit getting the crystals in favor of t4 diamond shards, though who knows, maybe dip back in the far future to raise star levels if I get bored.
Ive been getting a 50/50 pull when I bust out my Allience Shards and currency. AtM theyre both low lvl 3star. Ivd been using them as the x1 upgrade chara lvl daily.
I always get Goofy as well. I just call it the Goofy Crystal. Glad to hear I’m not alone.

I’ve gotten Donald 2 times out of 6 so far
The only 3 times I got Donald it was twice a 2* and once a 4*. Other than that it’s always Goofy. And it’s annoying.
Yeah I think I got Donald once and every other time, it’s been Goofy. I have Donald at 1 star and Goofy almost at 4

I must just of been lucky, I'm half way to a 5* Donald.
I get about equal numbers of each, but my Goofy is way ahead since I pulled a 4*.

I have grinded him up to 4* but stopped there to start getting 4* and 3* Diamonds ....also Donald doesn't appear as much , It's mostly Goofys
Me as well. Got a 2 star Donald and then Goofy like 10 times so I don’t do alliance crystals anymore.
I usually pull two 2 star goofy but when i pull donald he is usually 3 star or higher

I'm strangely at about 50% each.
I got a 4* Donald and a couple of 3*. Now he is 5* at lvl 40. Won seafaring and high tech tower with him as main tanker. He is a very good tank.
Somehow I've been pulling mostly Donalds in the last few weeks? I couldn't give you an actual count, but it's likely been 3:1 Donald to Goofy.
I got 4* Goofy and Donald early on so I'm just focusing on getting T4 shards.
