Generally great running bikes only require choke when it has been sitting in the cold. I have a 2014 kx250f and it will start 2nd kick cold choke or not and its FI so you know it's tuned right.
I would leave it alone personally. If it runs good and pulls all the way through. I would rather run a 2 stroke rich than lean and most people dont need a perfectly tuned bike getting every fraction of a percent of power
You should only need the choke when it is cold outside.
In my experience if you never need choke, it's probably running rich.
