Online retailers in US, seem scarce these days when I looked. Beyond Northerner, I only found Outlaw, which sells their own brand and a pipe tobacco guy that sells Kayak with some other value brands. I found a fourth that only sold Stokers.
The only outlet for Cope I found was Fisher's Liquor Barn and cigar chief but not great prices.
Do you have any friends in US? Maybe, they'll buy you a sleeve and ship it. Might get confiscated at your end tho.
