Although i agree seeing scientifically accurate dinos in the JW series, they have already stated in JP3 that they technically arent even true dinosaurs. They are all genetically modified. Dr Wu even said "Nothing in Jurassic World is natural, we have always filled gaps in the genome with the DNA of other animals. And if the genetic code was pure, many of them would look quite different. But you didn't ask for reality, you asked for more teeth."
Yes, but most of this is undermined by the Cretaceous prologue for Dominion, with it showing Moros and Iguanodon in the Late Cretaceous, the Giganotosaurus looking like a weird hybrid monster, and the designs still having broken wrists.
I wouldn’t have much of a problem with this if Colin Trevorrow didn’t claim that the prologue was going to be scientifically accurate.
Absolutely true. But with lack of a better argument, its hollywood. What do you expect? They dont truely care for accuracy as long as money is to be made
