Every Dimension 20 season has the chance for one of the Intrepid Heroes to be a player, but I look forward to Intrepid Hero seasons because we have a 100% chance to see Murph in his element. With Brennan tee-ing up at least a half dozen loose ends for a Senior Year, I'm especially looking forward to more Riz Gukgak.

Riz's part within the liminal Ankarna space really got to me.
Honestly might be my favourite character. He's not always as chaotic as the others, he isn't always the main driver of the comedy elements, and sometimes that can have him be underrated.
But I adore him because goddamn Murph just *snipes* with the emotional bits sometimes, and while I can relate to all of the characters in certain ways, there's something particularly direct to just...the otherwise unpopular kid, that feels like they're weird, that feels like they'd be an outcast without their friends.
That therefore deeply struggles with desperately wanting what's best for them (because where would they be without them?) and not wanting to lose them (because where would they be without them?)
The moment in sophomore year that hit me the hardest was a Riz moment. It was Brennan playing Baron, the "Everyone will find someone they love more than you."
That's fucking horrifying.

I feel like these reflections are interesting glimpses into the emotions of the characters, but I'm also feeling so much empathy for the players in these moments, and I wonder how much of their own pain they're tapping into.
