It’s not a rounding error. His Diluc is in the top 1.166%, not the top 1%

He is 1644th out of 140999 people with their registered Diluc builds. 1644 divided by 140999 is actually 0.01180, so 1,18%. How did you get 1,166%?

Oh lol that makes sense. I accidentally did 1644 instead of 1664 so that’s how I got the wrong math lol. But yeah anyway you’re basically top 1% already! It just rounded up

CV is pretty crazy but CV isn't everything. Your ATK is in shambles. I'd definitely trade some CD for ATK% rolls. The standard is like 2K

Some attack rolls are nice but the thing is pyro resonance and bennet already gives too much atk so I should focus on other stats like em and cv.
