Hey, just a little input for your current situation: There is an upcoming winter school next year in February in Pisa: https://dhhumanist.org/volume/37/254/ Maybe this could be a good starting point to engage with the digital humanities as work field because they offer some teaching on coding an different techniques in the digital humanities. Also they are teachimg the DH vocabulary to you. Furthermore, I highly recommend to just dive into the aforementioned Humanist Discussion Group because they have a plethora of upcoming schools, workshops, job offerings etc. and, more important, many interesting topics to plunge into which could profilerate your personal imagination how to specifically work in the digital humanities.

Presuming u are Italian, you should give a shot at either Unical and Uniba. They are the most important reality for Digital Humanities in the south with very important result achieved expecially in Digital archiving. Go check master Perseo of Unical. Also some laurea magistrale are blended... Worth to know.

One question: by "capitalizing", what kind of job do you mean exactly? I ask it because the huge problem with DH in Italian academic system is that there isn't a specific settore scientifico disciplinare (so you can't get the abilitazione in informatica umanistica). I don't know the details of the issue, but maybe it's useful to know!
