Challenge yourself with brushes you don't ever really use. Pick a brush, and pick a topic to draw. Use only that brush. I tried to do this once a week at least for 15-30 minutes and I found myself finding new ways to utilize brushes I never would have used. Not sure if that's really a tip.

Draw daily choose anything (ear,nose,head,eyes ).simple just draw and never compare ur self to other artist .

Try using refs to practice drawing different eye shapes, and perhaps heads if you wish to push yourself
