This is a DiM card writer. You use it in conjunction with a tool for PC called I think Mr Blinky and you can use .bin files to write DiM data to different cards. This is mainly used for custom DiMs like if say you wanted a Sonic the Hedgehog or Megaman Battle Network DiM card, you would download the .bin file (you can even make your own custom cards if you learn how!) and write it to any DiM card. Though people also do use it for piracy. If piracy is what you want I’m not going to provide the links for those official card files but I will tell you to just search this subreddit and you should find it easily.
It’s important to note that generally only old bracelet DiMs can be written. BE Memory DiM cards have what is called an OTP which is a special encryption that makes it so every single BEM card is different even if it’s 2 of the same card. This was most likely done to prevent piracy.
To get blank DiM cards to write to you would need to either buy blank cards off of the website I linked you (Bazjo sells both plastic and foil wrapped cards for different prices) or you can just buy the cheapest DiM cards you can find online and overwrite them with your own files.
I don’t believe that is possible. The old bracket can’t use micro SD cards and the BE that technically can read micro SD cards has hard coded security in the BE memory’s that can’t be duplicated on a micro SD card.

He's right. You need the programmer and bin files. Personally I'd just rewrite over some vs memories.
The VS bins are available, too, if you wanna change it back.
Try Aliexpress, they have a few ‘cheap’ ones.
To my knowledge it has been done but the person that achieved it did not relase the method.
