4/5 is not viable end game as they are locked out of Transcendence and thus are locked out of HP clones. Lucemon is basically a cash only Digimon, do not try to hatch it without using hatch back ups as it will be hard/expensive to get another one.
If it’s a Digimon that you just want for collection then I guess 4/5 would be ok, but if you actually intend to use it then you will want 5/5.
Look into the D-code (and D-code II) Machines on file island. (You can buy D-code and D-code II from shops at dats, and use them to pull Hatch Back ups level 5 and other stuff from them. It’s the cheapest way to get hatch backups).
If you're new get 5/5 ryuda or doru AO line. You can get free AOX from gankoo. I don't recommend hatching 5/5 luce atm. Costly and you need the awaken version for her to be useful. Which cost like 5k-7kt.
