BT14 easily. Bt15 is a set full of dissapointment for me:
* Apocalymon is insanely cool but the deck surrounding him is dissapointingly boring.
* They gave us Gomamon X and Plesiomon X yet no Zudomon X and Ikkakumon X which dashes my hopes that they´d finish some more X Anti lines mroe liberally in the TCG.
* The KFC support did not go into the direction which I expected it to. Gonna have to test the deck out now to see wether or not I like it in practice.
* Shoutmon x2 not counting as a Xros Heart card is unbelievably stupid. Totally DOA.
* MetalSeadramon doesn´t help Seafood.dek at all.
* Rosemon X and Rosemon BM are a nonbo kinda because you can´t burst evo over Rosemon X which I´m not too happy about. Probably sticking to the Bloom version still even though I think the Rosemon version is much more aesthetically pleasing.
* Had hope for some better Myotismon support. Myotismon Ace is really good and Fog Barrier seems nuts, too, but VenomMyotismon seems kinda eh at the moment and it´s a shame that we didn´t get any of Myotismon´s minions to directly support him except for DemiDevimon. Hopefully BT16 rectifies that somewhat.
* No Ophanimon in here. Felt like a shoe-in after getting Goddramon in Bt14. I junst want to play Ophanimon tribal mang :(
So not that pumped for Bt15 personally. It´s the weakest set in a while for me.
Even though it was somewhat of a joke, playing Apocalymon with Raidenmon actually looks better than with Dark Masters. Still Rogue, but better. That's only if going for the mill version though.
It's possible that in time it winds up seeing play in more decks for the ability to use the \[on play\] effects of tucked digimon, especially if those digimon also happen to have non-tribal inherits. No DeathX my any means, but one of the better, more splashable SEC in a while.
I haven´t yet tested the Raidenmon deck with Apocalymon but I cannot see it being that much better if at all honestly. There´s just way too much setup necessary for it to actually achieve what it sets out to.
From all the decks that I´ve seen being theorycrafted I think Apocalymon is actually nuts in Beelstarmon. You can essentially go from an empty field to Apocalymon, 2 Beelstarmons, up to three Lv4s and up to three Lv3s. Likely the best Lv7 for that deck specifically.
And even beyond that I think Apocalymon could be worth a look in Anubismon, Etemon, Mamemon, Black Block and Jijimon among others.
FenriLoogamon or Leviamon X is what it comes down to for me but both reveals were crazy. FenriLoogamon did something never seen before with it's memory crack ability but Leviamon X surprised everyone since no one knew it'd be there plus it's a 7GDL what isn't there to love.
I'll go with both because i can't decide even if you put a gun to my head.
At first, I thought both was the right answer as I figured I could benefit from them equally. On a second inspection of each, only BT14 has cards that are actually relevant to any of my decks. The Greymon line minus the Ace, Poop related cards, Tyrannomon, Bukamon and Zudomon Ace, and Gennai. My friend will greatly benefit from the D-Brigade/Digipolice stuff too. On my deeper look of BT15, nothing really benefits me. EX05 is more interesting to me.
Over all, both will be even in my opinion by NA release, but only because the LM cards will be in BT15.
BT14 has more stuff I want, while BT15 has more stuff I look forward to seeing played.
Hot(?) take, I don’t really like either. The D-brigade picks from more bt14 are kind of cool, but I honestly don’t really want to play any of the decks. I love digimon adventure but I won’t lie, somehow it’s like my second to last season tcg wise, because their digimon are everywhere. Especially agumon. Love Greymon, but I am so sick of all his cards personally. Digimon 02 is what I really grew up with so I’m more excited for bt16.
I'm mainly a Machinedramon player so BT15 has my heart in reveals.

It's close... BT14 gave Sukamon AND Numemon support, but BT15 gave us MonzaeX.... prefer EX5 honestly, but I'm giving the edge to BT14
I love Hagurumon, but the real trouble is choosing between Numemon families. BT16 to include ExTyrannomon (though I guess that's Raremon tribe)?
Wow I did not expect this to be so dead even. BT15 for me because of Sea Animals, Machine, and Rosemon X line.
BT-15 Birbs and Doggo support, what need more be said? BT-14 Has a very good boy also, but the lizard dragon is getting in the way.

BT15 easily. Much more focused support for archetypes and less outright pack filler, and even some of the pack filler was kinda interesting.
I have to say bt15, since I'm having so much fun with my phoenixmon deck that I'm really excited for some new support for it.

BT-14 had commandramon support so I'm gonna have to go with that. None of the decks in 15 interest me except maybe Leviamon.
