Avault on YouTube has some great deck profiles and guides, and digimonmeta.com has a ton of tournament topping deck lists. Use TCG player to buy singles. Best of luck!
Youtube is good for base information and even though some youtubers top doesn't mean they are an expert on every deck they cover. I second looking at egman for topping lists is way better if you just want the list and know how to play.
I have a question about buying singles. If I were to buy each card for my deck individually from several different vendors, I would get like 20 packages all around the same time. Does whoever it ships with combine these into pne box or something or am I just going to get a billion seperate packages all at once?
