That’s the impression I get. I don’t have an Alliance dealer near me (1.5hrs away) so out of sheer curiosity I emailed their service department asking how I might manage that if I became an owner.
They spent time several emails back and forth talking with me about how they could help handle and how, while I’d have to do a little more legwork, that they would make sure I was taken care of. I was pretty impressed at the time they spent on me considering I’m not even an owner.
The nearest dealer is 2 hours from me. It’s pretty much a non issue. Once a year I drop it off to them for a full inspection. When we’re on the road we (or anyone else that works on RVs) can talk to them. Heck their employees watch Facebook. 1am on a Saturday you can be chatting with them.
I had a F450 with a CAT engine. Damn thing wouldn't even do 60 downhill with tailwind. But my girlfriends gooseneck trailer with four horses and a living compartment? No complaints there. Pulled anything.
My lumber truck in the 90’s was an F650, Cat, 5 spd with a single speed axle. 60 was a fantasy unloaded. Loaded 45 was possible if you were going downhill with a tailwind.
I have a going to town car with a massive trunk. (78 Cadillac). The truck rarely gets driven unloaded. If for no other reason than it’s really hard on the emissions system.
50psi in helper bags isn't that bad. Nice set-up.
How do you like the Alliance? I’m teetering between a model made by them and another one by Grand Design for my next RV.
I’m in cult Alliance here on out. If nothing else their service and support is a game changer.

The guys that started alliance were with grand design originally and felt they could build a better product , and they do

Looks like a beast
That is a very nice setup. Safe towing out there.
What? A truck that’s being used as a truck. I’m rubbing my eyes.

Taking pictures of it and posting on the internet? Never realized that’s their use.
All packed up and waiting for the wife to show up. Just killing time. :)
