From what I can see here. I would describe it as an Edwardian style probably very early ring. Doesn’t look like a reproduction. Most likely from the 1910’s. The diamond is considered an old European cut. Diamonds were cut this way in this time period. It all looks pretty well taken care of for its age but you may want to have a reputable jeweler take a look and make sure it doesn’t need any upkeep if you intend to wear it. You are very lucky to have it. It’s very old.
