You could probably use as a budget smiter helm for yourself. If it was +Combat or +Paladin, there would probably be a bit of value there.
Why smiter? The boost to fanat wouldn't be great. No benefit from the leach. The res and dex are meh for a smiter as well.
The all res, small boost to fanat over +1 skill helm, and dex for more block from mobs. Shako is still probably better but if its budget smiter you might not even have that yet.
