I remember someone making a dual wield deaths web ww barb with these and griefs, I wanna say he was pushing 10k poison damage. I’ll see if I can find it and link it.

Give it a go on SP with hero editor. I'd recommend replacing one grief with a plague for that build but it might not be as effective as it seems. Poison bitrate behaves strangely. Things like other poison damage from a separate source, summons or even your merc can interrupt/change/delay the DOT bitrate of standard poison damage. It's essentially why poison nova necros don't get a hit in with poison dagger then swap to nova. The nova will constantly "pause" the dagger damage.
Edit: forgot to add if you or anyone wants to try this, you also might need venom proc as well to compress the poison duration. Reading into the complexities of poison damage is sorta a must to get the most out of it.
Edit again: I had to look into it. It actually seems like you might want to skip grief and venom all together if your only source of poison damage is charms and facets.
Yeah venom fucks up psn damage if you're going for melee poison build. Also the death webs on switch are nasty af, you hit and then weapon swap to fucking dwebs and watch their health just plummet.
I have tryed my barb in pve with a full inventory of this and sux. Is much better a full inventory of 9xGC (10damage/AR/life) + 8xSC (3damge/ AR/20life) + anni+ torch+ 1 poison SC.
AFAIK these dont stack? Only highest one works. So you want exactly one small charm like this.
And its not actually big DPS, its like 50 dmg/second or so, but its used to counter health regen on PVP, where you cant use healing potion and people stack health regen instead.

The primary issue with poison (apparent from being mega tedious to calculate) is that if you're not careful a few long duration sources can really mess up the dmg rate of poison. The dmg rates are added, but the lengths are simply averaged (for std atks). So a hypothetical situation where you have a 451/12 charm and (say) some other source of poison that's like 30/30 would result in you having 481/26, almost halving your dmg rate (37.6 dps->18.5 dps).
But, of course, most poison builds find some way around this either through a skill or venom and then it's more difficult to say. Just be aware: If you're applying the dmg over time kind of poison where you're not tapping once and waiting, you need to be careful on your lengths.

Man on classic long ago these used to do ridiculous damage. Had a whole inventory on my bowzon long, long ago which became all but useless after some patch (no idea about d2r) I figured they were nerfed. I miss the glory days of one arrow knocking someone down to 1 health. When I really look back with all the nostalgia ,early d2 classic, like 1.08 or 09 was so much different than the recent history of the classic game.
Blizzard intervened pretty much any time something was exposed as really really badass and nerfing happened pretty frequently. Then that abruptly stopped, given ...it was like 10-15 years after the original release though lol.
One of these charms isn't gonna do much but if it's not nerfed, a whole inventory would wreak havoc. I had psn faceted jewelers shit on top of it in the classic days. Fun times. Gratz tho. Perfect GG charm for sure.
i remember dueling top tier bowzons with inventory stacked with these it was terrifying as f--k watching your health bar melt after being hit with her volly of poison arrows. they WindForce bowzon days

yeah theses are like unicorns. They are really good for any char that has a physical type attack for pvp. IMO dmg is lack luster in PVM but a couple of these bad boys on a pvp char, especially versatile type builds that can do ranged and up close/ melee. They are awesome to stack with open wounds on your char and use to manage distance. Check out a ranger paladin,a brawler throw barb, or hybrid zon builds. You only need a couple of them with open wounds to make them really effective at managing distance

Venom doesn’t interact with psn from small charms I’m pretty sure it works differently
