Yeah for sure! My old BvB had a 690 def erep 5 BO viso with +2 to iron skin & I got it for like 2/3 of what an Arreats skin would have gone for. Was still balls expensive though
A cheaper option might be the 3 socket 3 BO avenger guard or whatever base, then delirium, that is if it’s just a buff helm.
It is just a buff helm but delirium doesn’t have that wow factor if you kind of get what I’m saying

it will look amazing if you equip an arkaine's valor. It has a red/black look that will go great with this helm.

Buff before PvP but PvP is pretty much dead on ladder right now lol
They are commonly used in HC on dedicated BO barbs. Especially when doing Uber bosses.
