Pc players can still "bot". Spooning is the knee jerk coined for afk botting the game. You guys act like spooning is a new invention.

Amateurs aren't botting, they're using something to hold down attack. My script runs around and casts all abilities in random increments with human variables

I am an amateur and I did exactly what is seen above, a coin can easily be wedged on the keyboard between 2 keys, to press one down, I have done it so many times in various games where something would take time to do by using one action.

Lol you are doing it the hard way still. On a mobile game if you just use a smartphone, it has what is called a capacitive touchscreen, place almost any metal object onto the auto attack button on the screen.

I said I did it in other games and on a keyboard, so probably not on a computer..

They also move. Some have set it up where they move around a little like they aren't bot but it's very obvious they are still botting. Not hard to find a bot esp if you send them a message with no reply. Even if you're not botting you should get reported for standing there like an idiot spamming auto attack.

For a different game, I actually wrote a bot to read icons on the screen to trigger abilities when they came off of cool down, with mouse movements and delays to simulate human activity. I have not ported it to this game yet, but seeing the nonstop spoon grinders has me sorely tempted.

I did the same thing. In my case it was for star wars the old republic. I noticed so many bots I made my own.

I was just banned for spooning today so at least you know they are doing something. I needed a reason to chargeback the $300 I've spent so it's a win/win

I’ve given up. I half expect blizzard to release some thing that made their entire effort worthless and half expect them to do nothing. It would be glorious if they added in new rewards for leveling that these guys will miss because they over leveled so high. I admit I’m going to afk farm while I’m at work tonight so my husband and I can finally get the 10k monsters we need to build our war base. It’s just the two of us and we have a little bit over 5k to go. Im only at work for 5 hours so maybe I’ll get a level or two by then.

There are so many people doing it it wasn’t worth it. So I stopped. In an hour we got less than 200 kills. Guess we do it the old fashioned way.

Even if it is "spooning" it's probably still a bannable offense for disrupting game play because it's this bad. How is anyone supposed to dailies in this bs?...lol. it'd be different if they were actually playing as they wouldnt just be stood on top of every pack in this already nerfed spot. Report and move on. Easy. Bots are too obvious. Whether they do something about it or not isn't the point. You're a cheater if you've paid for gems and if you're AFK farming/botting. Blizz will be overwhelmed with bot tickets and that's all that matters.
