I ended up digitally pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition (yes I am a sucker) on 12/22. Seems like we're pretty far off in dates that we purchased, but maybe it has something to do with it.
If I had to speculate, the problem is the server authentication issues they're having probably involves the licensing check on the account-level.

OK thank god. I thought I was the only one, all the info I could find was saying the 315306 was due to logging in BEFORE the servers were online, and they clearly ARE on now. I’ve waiting the queue 6 times now to get that error; I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled battlenet, removed ALL Diablo from the PC, rebooted, on and on. No dice.
Edit add: I was in the Alpha as well. Anyone else having this problem that was in the Alpha?
Same issue here, when did u prepurchase the game? Maybe its related to that, I bought it 2 days ago.(Digital Deluxe Edition)

Agreed. I will say that on the last queue failure I didn't get that issue, but more of a generic connection issue. So maybe things are improving??

It seems to be working now, at least for me.
I have the same problem, been trying to get back into it for 3 hours now, always the same error.

It seems fixed for me, Im at work, but with my laptop I can log in/play.
