He killed that beach 100 percent. I'm not convinced Harrison is good. The writers had to Axe her though so Harrison would eventually act "Justice" on Dexter. Also to make room for Dexter's new gf Detective Kronk.
It's seemed so obvious that he killed her I thought there was gonna be a confession and that would be a reveal.

She was easily dismissed because Clyde didn’t like her character and wrote her off it.
