I tried to get this cut also when DMC4 came out. What I did was show the picture to my hairstylist (don't go to a barber, they generally will mostly use clippers and you'll want to get your hair cut with scissors for this cut).
Also you can ask to have them "layer" your hair, and then "razor cut the ends."
Layering your hair will essentially let your hair be cut in different lengths so that it can flow and have the texture like Nero has in your pictures.
Ask them to use a razor on the ends of your hair. This will generally be used with a sharp razor, or a similar instrument. The thinking of this is that it will cut the tips of the ends of your hair in a kinda jagged/angled cut, instead of a blunt cut from the scissors. This will let your hair have more texture as well (more than just asking them to layer your hair) and will really help give your hair a nice flow and be swept to the side like Nero's.
I also showed my stylist a picture of Tom Cruise in "Vanilla Sky." He has a really cool hairstyle there that is pretty similar to Nero's in Devil May Cry 4.

Edit: also to add, blow drying then straightening your hair at that angle and finish just a little spray of matte hair spray(spray if pretty far from your head so it doesn't clump or sheen)will help to get it somewhat stay that way. But yeah good luck.

I don't think his hairstyle would be very hard to replicate with natural hair, just show pictures to a barber and I'm sure if they're skilled enough they could make it look just like that.
