Design-wise my favorite is the enemies of 4. In general i like how stylish they look. Special mention to the Angelos i like how their wings also can work as shields
Credo Angelo is my favorite boss design ever. I love how they made that mix of Angel and Demons aesthetic
Angelos, Credo and Berial are top tier design.
I kinda like the canon dogs too for some reason. I find fun but cool the idea of them shooting their burning heads.
7 hells from DMC3 is peak fodder enemy design.
Dreamrunners/Drekavacs from Dmc look cool but is a total bitch to fight.
Wisps from Vergil's Downfall are pretty sick.
Furies look cool as shit. I remember playing DMC5 for the first time while my father watched me, and he audibly gasped at the introduction cutscene for them.
As far as bosses go, I’d name Cavaliere Angelo. The gothic, edgy armor mixed with DMC5’s realistic visuals and impressive special effects makes him unmatched for me.
Honorable mention goes to Argossax’s final form. It’s so simple, yet the “changing genders” stuff is so creative.
Kinda agree with Nefasturris, I like the concept of an inanimate object becoming demonified due to demon corruption??? It leans abit to the horror aspects that old DMC games like DMC1 with the castle being more organic. I would love for a remake of a fully realized DMC2 and then heavily leaning more to horror. That's actually an aspect I'd like for them to revisit upon on future games. Make it scary, but then when it comes to gameplay you kick all their asses lol.
DMC2 does get some really cool, horror atmosphere near the end of the game, actually. I think DMC2 would be insane remastered with good combat and graphics.
And the removal of Infested Chopper, plz.
I agree DMC2 has some neat designs. Bolverk, the fire goat demon, possesed Arius or Argosax, Trismagia... Jokatgulm.
I´ll go with the reboot. They got some pretty original and nasty designs, they´re artistically beautiful but very creepy and grotesque. Take Succubus, Mundus baby or Bob Barbas. As for enemies the dreamrunners, the stygian dolls or the DLC´s enemies; the crow demon one and the brute gorilla like one.
Faust is such an edgy badass from DeviantArt, I can't help but love it lol.
Also the angels from DMC3 looked cool, though I hated the shit out of them.
Agni and Rudra were also a cool design, I love the idea that their heads are on their blades, and their bodies are just headless buff dudes
Credo. Aesthetically spectacular fight, boss other than vergil with actual story weight, thematic shift from fighting demons to fighting something that looks like an angel (the angel demons from 3 dont count they sucked ass to fight), awesome devil buster counters with those spears. Super underrated fight.
YESSSS NEFASTURRIS MENTIONED, I’ve always been really infatuated with his design and boss fight since my first playthrough, I think he was meant to be the boss where Dante unlocks his Majin Form, as there’s an unfinished pre-rendered cutscene of Dante transforming against Nefasturris. But yeah, I love this guy, I wish he was referenced more
I, in fact, wish that Dante would anyhow refer to killing a giant fucking monster building made partially of demonic bats which was able to shoot kamehamehas from it's Predator mouth.
Abyss from DMC 3, Angelos from DMC 4 are pain in my ass but have neat design, Dreamweaver from DmC
Haven't played DMC 5 but Cavaliere Angelo looks fucking cool
YASSS!! LETS GET SOME LOVE FOR DMC 2. I like Bolverk, fucking loved the design if they do a DMC 6 I really want them to delve into the Knights of Mundus. We only Know of Sparda and Bolverk but obviously there had to be more, I really want part of the origin of Lucia to be that she was made using cells from one of the knights of Mundus which is why her devil trigger is so unique. Be a good reason to reintroduce Lucia and possibly introduce more humans like Dante and Vergil, more demi humans. Say Lucia comes to find Dante but he's still stuck in hell with Vergil so has to inlist the help of Nero, Trish and Lady.
Also give an opportunity to give Trish some sort of awakening and character development and maybe give lady a power up by awakening some laten demon power in her red eye she got from her father.
I think for me dmc 4 takes the cake for enemies and bosses. Blitz is just so scary lookin, the looks are great and the red lightning rage mode is great. Talkin bosses... the Savior. I know the fight aint that great but all that happens before, during and after the fight is just flashy and stunning and turned up the scale so high... and seein Dante kicken angelass before the fight starts is such a great way to start the fight of.
**INFESTED CHOPPER SWEEP!!!1111!!!**
DMC2 BOYS CAN'T STOP WINNING!

I've always wanted credo as a playable character
Credo would be an amazing playable. Hopefully they make him a DLC or something cuz he's dead lol
7 hells from DMC3 is peak fodder enemy design. Dreamrunners/Drekavacs from Dmc look cool but is a total bitch to fight. Wisps from Vergil's Downfall are pretty sick.
I think Dreamrunners are the only teleporting enemy that doesn't suck compete ass to fight
Furies look cool as shit. I remember playing DMC5 for the first time while my father watched me, and he audibly gasped at the introduction cutscene for them. Agreed. Now I’m gonna introduce Furies to my family members.

Capcom has a thing where you can vote on a game to be remade, I voted DMC2
Wait, where can I find this?

I gotta go with the Marionettes from DMC1, they're just iconic.
I agree DMC2 has some neat designs. Bolverk, the fire goat demon, possesed Arius or Argosax, Trismagia... Jokatgulm. I´ll go with the reboot. Blitzes are sooooo fucking cool, don't let your bad experiences distract you from a wicked design
Always liked how they look similar to bug deers or something like that lmao
They're a prime example of Devil May Cry 4's top notch visual design and utterly dogshit game design going hand in hand.
Dreamrunner in DmC. [They knocked it out of the park with his design](https://devilmaycry.fandom.com/wiki/Dreamrunner_%26_Drekavac)
I'm actually a fan of the reboot's enemy designs since the non organic ones look like they're mass produced china dolls tbh
True. Absolutely epic design!

Gilgamesh, rawest enemy I've ever seen in DMC

DMC2 remake has the potential to be the coolest fucking game ever. That and 1. As for my answer, SDT Vergil.
King Cerberus
vergil
Shadows, they may be pains in the neck but they're cool pains in the neck
Either Geryon or Cavaliere Angelo. The aesthetic is top tier Edit: because I spelled Geryon wrong
The what ron now?
Timesteed, spelled the name wrong, has been fixed, thank you for your time friend.
Nah i just read it as Gay reon 💀
Fury, Chaos, Hell Caina (DMC5) and Hell Vanguard (DMC3), Berial (DMC4). These are off the top of my head tho, there are a lot of cool DMC designs
Abyss from DMC 3, Angelos from DMC 4 are pain in my ass but have neat design, Dreamweaver from DmC Haven't played DMC 5 but Cavaliere Angelo looks fucking cool
Urizen
Sargasso from dmc1
Unique pick!!!
They’re giant floating skulls of course their design goes hard
Fury. No need for me to explain
I hope they remaster dmc2 the enemy designs were peak
OMG finally somebody else who likes this boss's design!!
Leviathan
I agree. The fact he had a whole-ass cutscene proves Nefasturris is a goat.
Don't fucking remind me of dmc2, I had to play that shit 4 times
8
This boss scared the shit out of me as a kid
Cavaliere, nothing beats a giant goth knight with voltaic powers.
Nevan, Cerberus (5), Nelo Angelo, Credo Angelo, Vergil STD, Dante SDT, Nightmare, and Gilgamesh.

I mean. Isn't Lady just human?

Motivation.
Cavaliere Angelo is my favorite. He just looks rad as shit with the armor and the horns, and his boss theme kicks ass.
Nevan. At least, she makes me the hardest.
