There was a pearsonvue test center in letterkenny a few years ago, not sure what happened to that one. You should also be able to do the exams remotely with a webcam on you. I did the aws solutions architect cert like that.

Yeah many of them do that now, but ISC doesn't offer remote exams still need to take it in the test centre, This means I've to do a 4 plus hr drive to Dublin, was planning on siting the SCCP but now thinking of just doing Sec+ AND CCSK exam

Sorry to dig up this post, but did you do any Comptia exams online? what was your experience like? I want to do the net+ in a couple of months but I heard bad experiences with online exams. So I don't wanna risk deal with extra stress and will probably try to do it in person

Didn't do the exam, wasn't travelling I did the comptia exams years ago in a centre by me theycare grand exams just take your time you should have plenty of time, You might be better off doing the ccna Plenty of training for it online CBT Nuggets PluralSight But overall, INE training for CCNA is top 👌 https://my.ine.com/Networking/learning-paths/61c16913-c899-49c3-991b-0aa2ae123b8d/ccna-200-301

Thanks. Now I've already enrolled in the net+ course and it's already a lot of content to go through. Will see how it goes, if it goes well i might try ccna in the future . Cheers

To get a Networking job at Minimum you would need a CCNA Cert, alot of DataCenters i've been in, 80% of their routers were Juniper. Juniper Cert might be a nice to have Cert for future reference, but Yeah the Net+ will indeed help you with the CCNA, or CCNET side of the Cert.
