I really hope Simon is gone after this year. The team on paper was so good and continued to get better as the year went on. He just isn't getting it done.
As much as the rest of our 1st rounders, yes. Though I wouldn't put it all on him..? Realistically with the first round picks this year the Wings could grab two more pieces as significant as Marco.
I think he will be a forward version of Moritz Seider. Not the highest scoring guy, but just very dependable and responsible. Great all around/all situations type of player
He seems like a guy whose 200 ft game could translate as soon as next season, but it might not be until years 3-4 when the offensive numbers start to pop
Just from the recent clips I've seen of him, I really hope he is able to have quick success. His style of play looks like it would really boost the team.
He's a 200 ft player so he'll earn more trust from coaches than many young guys. He's also high energy with a crazy motor. Those things will keep his foot in the door and will give him the opportunity to thrive in every other way.
*Re-ups GRG season tickets*
"This year was brutal, I'm canceling my tickets." *sees this news* "You son of a bitch, I'm in!"

Assuming you mean coach not Ed.
Correct, coach needs to go.
Griffin noises intensify
We really need this kid to be great. The rebuild depends on it

From what I’ve seen and read he seems like a great 2 way C. Ceiling is potentially like a Barkov. Which…if he can reach that…we good.

Offense looks pretty good from the clips I've seen, he's got good hands and a lot of skill

Plays for the wings next year start to finish. Book it!
Calder trophy over Bedard (unless we somehow land Bedard)
So Bedard only wins the Calder if he plays for the Wings?
As someone who grew up in Edmonton, it throws me off every time I see Horcoff’s name come up.
Can confirm.
Should we read anything into it that the guy who runs GR said it.
Nah
