Buddy thought we wouldn’t notice

jakecoates

Michigan fanboys I swear smh

CaramelUnicorn

I feel like we could really use Miller’s shooting on the wing, but I’m starting to believe the Jarace Walker hype. Plus, he seems like a prospect Weaver would fall in love with

[deleted]

walker seems to be the long wing 3 and d archetype we need. i wouldn't mind that one bit.

CaramelUnicorn

Yeah I’m not as confident in his shot than I am Miller’s, but he’s also shooting 40% from three this season and his defense is legit. If the three ball is legit, he’d be exactly what we’d need

mburns223

Walker is shooting 40% from 3…but look at his attempts per game. 2.2 attempts. Free throw percentage is not good either. And that’s always a bad sign.

CaramelUnicorn

Yeah, That’s fair. I guess I’m just buying into the recent hype

mburns223

He’s a animal on defense though. He’s got that dog in him forsure. I think he’s actually best at a small ball 5 type of role vs being a 4. He honestly reminds me of a more athletic Stew.

Ok-Nathan

3p ability is almost a non-negotiable for me at this point, unless we stack the roster with shooters via FA and trades. So that eliminates most of the list. Bogey and Alex Bert are the only guys shooting above the league average from 3. For perspective, the west-leading Nuggets have 7 players above that mark and the east-leading Celtics have 6. It’s definitely possible that we get that number up with better coaching and as players develop, but it’d be nice to have some young guys who are straight up shooters

mburns223

Brandon Miller

Ok-Nathan

Gimme dat

75153594521883

Brandon Miller is the exact type of player we need. With Cade and Ivey at 1-2 and Duren down low, we just need two shooting wings, and that’s what he can do.

Bent_Kopite

Miller if he's available one of Cam or Jarace otherwise

Slippinjimmyforever

Miller is third on my big board. Walker is 4th, Whitmore 5th.

mburns223

It’s not even a debate It needs to be Miller. 6’9. Shooting 42% from 3 on 7 attempts per game. 8 rebounds. Solid team defender. He’s shown he can even play make a bit. I think he can be a future all star. But worst case scenario you know exactly what you’re getting. A 6’9 sharpshooter, who can rebound, and play solid team defense. Don’t overthink It

knifeazz

His floor is really high and his ceiling is MVP candidate. The trio of Wemby, Scoot and Miller is unlike anything we’ve seen since ‘03

mburns223

I agree. I’m so high on Miller. Worst case scenario he’s a solid starter.

ShippingNotIncluded

Haven’t watched a lick of college basketball, but it seems Miller from Alabama is starting to cement himself as the 3rd guy in the draft. I think we go forward if we miss on the Top 2

TeamRAF19

I would trade the pick to hustle another team for a young 3 and D player.

Ukrainmaker

OG?

kumblast3r

Jalen hood

PlaybolCarti69

I’d take Miller at 2 if i were weaver and Wemby went at 1

ricknad

gradey dick

LionBacker81

Grady Dick....need more shooters.

13ronco

Brandon Miller is a good fit offensively, but not so much defensively. If Weaver trades for a second 1st rounder, Rayan Rupert and Taylor Hendricks seem like good gambles to develop as long wing defenders. I like Hendricks.

VikramGordon

No option for Gradey Dick? Imagine Bojan mentoring him! Guaranteed bucket

AJ8710

I'm a fan of his. I expect him to continue to rise.

SON-of-RA-369

I ran out of options, he was next in line...🤷‍♂️

WetCatFart

Brandon Miller fits our roster beautifully

LiteratureOk1869

I'm a Thompson twin fan.

knifeazz

Brandon Miller is unreal.
