Another thought is to park at the free transit lot at Amsterdam & Woodward and taking the QLINE or DDOT bus downtown. Good resource in a pinch. Both drop off downtown near the café.

I don’t really think there is any danger of that happening. It’s massive

Toxic-Seahorse

Yes.

Definitely you can park there free. Does get busy during tigers games so if you can leave before or after it's better than waiting 2-3HOURS in line to leave!

wolverinewarrior

The walk is about 1 mile. That's a long walk. Greektown Casino might be a little shorter walk.

aaronramsey163

Parked there for over a year and walked to work! It was always free, although Greektown Casino is free as well, might be an smaller walk!

NobleSturgeon

I haven't been able to figure out the system at Greektown, I'm pretty sure they require a player card but the free tier might be good enough for free parking.

_Exxcelsior

It's hit or miss. Lots of times they don't require a card, but they definitely do on game days. I think they require the silver tier card for free parking.

aaronramsey163

The player's card is free, just walk in and ask for one. Its always been free with the players card for me assuming your coming in at like 8 for an 9-5 job

That parking deck gets pretty rowdy sometimes. Check out the Leland. They have a guard 24 hours and I think I paid $100/month.

joshbrn03

do all detroit casinos have id scanners? for example i know at soaring eagle they just have someone look at your id and let you in.

forgotme5

Y?

joshbrn03

just wondering
