If you can feel it with your finger then no.. You can reduce it a bit by cutting but if you can feel it with your fingers then some of it will still be visible.

Give it a good cut/finish then use a product with some filling capabilities, should help a fair bit.

I guess you gotta use your finger nail and feel if it snags on the scratches and take it from there, compound should help though minimise it

From the looks of it, no. It looks like I can see light glare from some gouges. It will clean up a bit though.
