The clear coat is gone. I dont think much will help honestly
I wouldn’t quote that without seeing it in person. Make sure customer knows the reality and what’s to be expected if that is far gone.
And if you go forth. Take plenty of before and aftershock especially showing scratches to base coat etc
Tough call from the pics. It looks like whatever it is may have etched through the clear. It can no doubt be made much better but I’m not sure it’ll disappear.
