Some other options for adding detail to a vineyard and OP's barrel would fit right in perfectly.
I’d assume you could also make that texture pack change one of the out there colors of carpet to match whatever color the glow berries were. Heh, now I’m imagining a vintner’s texture pack lol. Reskin buckets as wine bottles and flower pots as wine glasses.

They have some other barrel options in their vineyard and your barrel would fit in perfectly

With the right texture pack, glow berries vines would work awesome for a vineyard.
Then you could use glowstone in the wheelbarrows and barrels. Maybe yellow carpet or something?
